Popis: Objectives: Little information is available on the characteristics of elderly patients starting TNFα antagonist treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The objective of this work was to compare prescription patterns in RA patients younger vs. older than 75 years. Methods: Biologic-naive patients with active RA (DAS28 > 3.2) despite first-line therapy were included between 2007 and 2009 in the prospective, multicentre, longitudinal, observational, population-based CORPUS-RA cohort.
