The existing power communication protocols can hardly meet the requirements of timeliness and reliability of data interaction in the new power distribution IoT, and the requirements of differentiated service quality for high precision applications. To address the above problems, the technical characteristics of data-centric DDS (data distribution service) are analyzed, and the DDS, through simulation experiments, is compared with common IoT protocols. It is found that the DDS has better performance indexes in respect of instantaneousness, security, and reliability, and the open IoT information architecture based on the DDS is further designed to meet the requirements of new distribution IoT data interaction. |
