Popis: The article deals with the labor dimension of the training process, as generalizing component in the preparation of learners, given the dialectical unity of its instructional, educational and developmental functions; establishing the relationship of the same with the four pillars of education for the twenty-first century, declared by UNESCO. Given that job training requires fostering knowledge as a basis for an operating instrumental performance marked by its polytechnic-labor character, supplemented by adequate and appropriate attitude of social coexistence that integrates qualities like respect, cooperation, responsibility and awareness of producers.
