Popis: Primaryoutcome: determine theprobability of developing DG according to FastingGlycemia of the 1st trimester of pregnancy (> 85mg / dl) by BMI category, age and maternal weightgain. Secondaryoutcome: Compare maternal triglyceridemia of thelasttrimester, fetal weight and fastingglycemia of PTOG according to BMI in patientswith and without DG. Determine theprevalence of macrosomia. Methods: Medical records of patientswith DG fromthe Diabetes and PregnancyUnit and fromtheMaternityservice of patientswithout DG fromthePerrupato´s Hospital, San Martin, Mendoza. Includedwere: ageover 18 years, complete records of HC, diagnosis of DG by PTOG. 127 HC frompatientswith DG and 169 HC frompatientswithout DG wereincluded and classifiedaccording to pre-pregnancy BMI: BMI 30 (category C).
