The design of a Fisicoteca (room-environment with emphasis on Physical Sciences) can help teachers of primary and secondary education to contextualize the physical concepts and assist in the understanding of current technology, present in our daily life, encouraging science education. This study aimed to: a proposal for a teaching methodology based on the physics system-room environments, the installation of a Fisicoteca, and the selection of appropriate scientific apparatus to the proposal and easy to handle. In science classes, particularly in physics, it is possible to teach concepts, procedures and attitudes which the observation, experimentation, building relationships and systematic processes are fundamental and should be aided by the resources available at each school, such as laboratory and science room. Therefore, it is extremely important that teachers use these resources and take full advantage of them, creating opportunities for students to channel their curiosity, ideas and interests in solving certain problems. Through literature, were produced and / or adapted for some initial experiments Fisicoteca assembly, addressing the most basic issues, such as electromagnetism, mechanics and optics. These experiments were performed and analyzed, highlighting its objectives in relation to skills and abilities that each provides. In this first phase was prioritized ease of assembly and material handling. It is thus that the room environment favors (and demands!) A change in teaching methodology, which should be seriously considered. The atmosphere generated by Fisicoteca enables a pupil-teacher interaction more efficient and dynamic as well as providing a place conducive to learning context. |
