In view of problems of single implementation agreement and communication interface existed in traditional mine-used transmission substation, a mine-used intrinsic safety transmission substation with gateway function was designed, hardware design and software design of the substation were introduced in details. The transmission substation uses distributed structure and multi-communication interface, which has functions of data acquisition, data fusion and data transmission. The communication interface can freely define agreement type, edit data address, share data gateway. The test results show that the substation has both gateway and substation function, realizes seamless compatibility and loose coupling of multi-equipment at monitored site with high practical value. |
