THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT BNCC: CONCEPTIONS AND POLITICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FUNDAMENTALS

Popis: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the physical education curricular component in the preliminary versions of the National Common Curricular Basis (NCCB). Our goals are to understand the philosophical foundations of the physical education, the education roles, the students training, and the education content implicit in learning objectives in the document. The document analysis revealed the physical education conception , enrich the human subjectivity and the individual, thereby the citizen education to work, subordinating the action of the teacher. In general, this conception converges with the international organizations and their politic fundamentals for education e culture. In times of a worldwide economic crises, and neoconservative political advance in Brazil, the NCCB and the physical education curricular component with their learning objectives comes to reinforce and disseminates productive restructuring necessary values and principles; and in each version, is aligned to arbitrary government politics in place.
