Popis: Enhanced cholesterol biosynthesis is associated with cancer progression. Here the authors identify the nuclear receptor RORγ as a novel master regulator of cholesterol metabolism in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and find that RORγ small-molecule antagonists induce tumor regression in patient-derived xenografts and immunocompetent mouse models.
