Popis:	In this article the question of international legal regulation of foreign assistance is discussed. The issue of foreign assistance is analyzed in the context of the resolutions of the UN (the formation of the right to development and the international development law), of the distribution of foreign assistance within the Bretton Woods institutions (IMF, World Bank Group) in accordance with the internal law of these organizations, as well as of the efforts to harmonize practices of foreign assistance initiated by the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and development (OECD-DAC).
