| Popis: | Influence on mechanical tension of smooth muscles of isolated segments of bronchi of nitrosoglutathione and sodium nitroprusside on healthy and sensibilized guinea pigs by an ovalbumin was studied in conditions close to isometric, by a method of mechanography. Smooth muscles of airways responded by dilatation under influence of nitrosoglutathione; sensibilization led to depression of relaxing influence of nitrosoglutathione on smooth muscles cells of airways. |
