Popis: This paper presents calculation of the electron-impurity scattering coefficient of Bloch waves for one dimensional Dirac comb potential. The impurity is also modeled as delta function pseudopotential that allows explicit solution of the Schrodinger equation and scattering problem for Bloch waves.
