ObjectiveTo establish a method based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with gas chromatography for the simultaneous determination of seven common preservatives and three common antioxidants in vinegar.MethodsChloroform was used as the extractant and ethyl acetate was used as the dispersant. The variables affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, such as the extractant, dispersant, salt addition and pH.ResultsAll analytes were linear in the range of 0.004-1.00 mg/mL, and the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.998 98-0.999 98. The limits of detection were 0.03-0.10 mg/kg and the limits of quantification were 0.10-0.34 mg/kg. The recovery rates were 71.6%-93.5% and the relative standard deviations were 2.3%-8.7%.ConclusionThe method is applicable for the simultaneous determination of preservatives and antioxidants in vinegar. |
