Currently, surgery, usually supplemented with other adjunctive therapies, is the only potentially curative treatment modality for rectal cancer. There are tree common types of radical resection of rectal carcinoma: abdominoperineal resection (Miles procedure), low anterior resection (Dixon procedure) and Hartmann’s procedure. This paper summarized the nursing management of a rectal cancer patient with skin mucous membrane separation after Hartmann’s procedure. The enterostomal therapist carried out skin care, dressing management, home-based care and psychological care, in order to treat complications of enterostomy and improve the rehabilitation of the patient. (目前手术切除是治疗结直肠癌的主要方法, 同时辅以放疗化疗等综合治疗方法。直肠癌根治术分为3种: Miles术、Dixon术、Hartmann术。本文总结1例直肠癌患者行Hartmann术后肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的护理体会。肠造口治疗师通过皮肤护理、敷料选择、患者及其家属居家护理以及心理护理, 解决患者肠造口并发症, 促进患者康复, 提高生活质量。) |
