Each of the aspects related to emotional intelligence and the company have been reviewed by the nominations made by several authors taking from them a sample that allows to understand the various strategies through cases implemented by several firms that have been them useful for achieving those objectives that have been raised. Thus concluding a business that does not take into account the emotional part of its employees, it is bound to fail in their development, to remain standing in the way of improvement. It suggested that companies take the initiative to empower their employees to improve the work environmentm. |
