Popis: Light-sheet microscopes are increasingly used for imaging cleared tissues, but have imposed constraints on sample geometries and protocols. Here the authors present a multi-immersion open-top light-sheet microscope to overcome these limitations and enable high-throughput imaging of samples processed with various clearing protocols.
