| Popis: | First-line drugs in the treatment of hypertension in patients with chronic kidney disease is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor blockers. The topic of the article is devoted to comparative characteristics of these groups of drugs for use in patients with hypertension associated with renal disease. The main part of the article is an analysis of pharmacodynamics, efficacy, safety and expediency of candesartan, angiotensin II receptor blocker. |
