Psychopedagogical evaluation: a review of the subject (2007 – 2022)

Popis: In the field of education, efforts are being made to identify the causes of learning difficulties prevalent among students and how these influence the teaching-learning process; thus, the psychopedagogical evaluation emerges. Hence, the objective of this article is to present an approach to the theoretical and practical aspects of psychopedagogical evaluation, based on a documentary review of articles published in scientific journals in Spanish between 2007 and 2022. It is concluded that the psychopedagogical evaluation is a tool that seeks attention to diversity and the democratization of the teaching-learning process, whose application is based on a series of principles and phases, which are developed through a process that is sequential, but not linear and rigid.
