| Popis: | The article studies topical issues section of mortgage debt division by former spouses. The research is based on the material of law-enforcement practice of courts in Stavropol Krai in 2014-2016. The topicality of the study is preconditioned by the fact that borrowed funds serve as almost the only way to acquire housing or improve living conditions of families. At the same time, the statistics showing the number of divorces is disappointing. The complexity of the issue lies consistent application of civil and family law norms. |
