Popis: Abstract Pachychoroid spectrum disease (PSD) involves various chorioretinal pathologies associated with increased choroidal blood flow. Theoretically, PSD could worsen after cataract surgery since the choroidal thickness tends to increase after surgery. Therefore, we evaluated the prevalence of asymptomatic PSD in patients who underwent cataract surgery and compared the clinical characteristics according to the presence of PSD. The subretinal fluid (SRF) development risk was evaluated using the Cox proportional hazard model. Of 924 eyes, 184 (19.9%) showed asymptomatic PSD.
