Popis:	The paper analyzes the probatory`s procedural covenants, in the light of the constitutional guarantees of the process, in spanish legal system. To do this, it emphasizes the fundamental right of the proof, the covenants on the initiative of the proof, the means and the burden of proof, as well as the analysis of the impossibility of covenants on the proof`s valuation.
