Results. The efficacy, good tolerability and safety of the drug riamilovir for the prevention of COVID-19 infection among people who have come into contact with COVID-19 patients in a family focus of infection have been established. Conclusion. As a result of a multicenter randomized double-blind clinical trial, the effectiveness of the drug riamilovir for the prevention of COVID-19 infection was established.
