Popis:	The aim of the study is to investigate the expression of sphingosine kinase 1 (SPHK1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. The tissues of 86 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma and 54 cases of patients with endometrial atypical hyperplasia were collected. The expression of SPHK1 and VEGF in the tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of SPHK1 in patients with endometrial carcinoma was compared with the clinicopathological data.
