Popis: | Since ancient times, human rights have been the focus of legal studies, and its security and happiness is the desired goal. The result of this interest was the disparity of human societies in determining the scope of protection prescribed to him with varying time and space. Under the legal systems that prevailed in primitive societies, the physical integrity of individuals was a financial right to be dealt with by creditors, until the medieval situation settled on the supremacy of the system of slavery and human bondage of man. |
