| Popis: | Тhe article is devoted to discussion of use of rational antibacterial therapy of diseases of ENTorgans. The start of antibacterial therapy is a key to success of efficiency of treatment, leads to an eradication of bacteria and decrease of risk of chronic infections. Choosing antibacterial therapy we have to consider the previous therapy by antibiotics, hospitalization, associated diseases. All these factors will define starting antibacterial therapy. We will show in the article some questions of interaction of antibacterial drugs, and also questions of clinical importance of use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in therapy of ENT diseases. |
