The myth netiana

| Popis: | This paper locates the so called myth: netiana (launched in the homonym book: Netianas. N(h)acer mujer en Internet) and analyses the possibilities of the mythopoesis for the production of political subjectivity in the cyberspace. This article summarizes the meaning, influence and intention of the construction of this political-poetic fiction and its relationship with the cyberfeminist artistic practice including some fragments of the original work. In this text, Netianas introduce themselves as post-corporeal, ironic and imaginary beings, but without giving up to the symbolic meaning in the construction of the gender identity in the myth. |
