| Popis: | The article presents social impact bonds, which are an innovative way of financing social actions, and analyzes their possible use in Slovenia. We conclude that this type of financing could be successfully used as a complement to existing government measures and could also bring certain benefits to existing measures. Much remains to be done to successfully put the model into practice, as both the state and social service providers are very reluctant to involve private capital in the provision of social protection to the population. |
