Popis: The current research aims to identify: - Self-confidence among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College. - The statistical relationship between the level of self-confidence and the achievement of the 25m free swimming test among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College. The researcher hypothesized: There is no significant statistically significant correlation between self-confidence and the completion of the 25-meter free-swimming test among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current research, and the research sample included first-year students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College, and the researcher used the statistical package (SPSS25) for statistical analysis. The researcher reached the following conclusions: - Students of the first stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences have an average level of self-confidence. - The relationship between self-confidence and the achievement test of 25 meters freestyle indicates that there is an inverse relationship between the two variables, meaning that with an increase in self-confidence, the time of completing a 25-meter free style swim decreases, and thus the achievement increases.
