| Popis: | Primary adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the lung is a very uncommon thoracic neoplasm. In view of rarity of this entity, the management guidelines are not well defined. We report a case of primary ACC of the lung managed with surgery and adjuvant chemoradiation. |
