Popis: Gluten triggers celiac disease in genetically predisposed individuals, but additional unknown mechanisms are required. Here, the authors show that proteases from Pseudomonas aeruginosa can modulate inflammatory pathways that are relevant to the development of food sensitivities, independently of the trigger antigen.
