Determinants of professionalism of nurses technicians

| Popis: | Determinants of professionalism are the factors that affect the health of health workers positively and negatively and we know that the WHO defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and exhaustion. Aim: Show the elements that largely affect the professionalism of nurses. Material and Methods: The study was conducted in the Special Hospital 'Sveti Sava' Belgrade from 01.05.2012 to 01.06.2012, on a sample of 50 nurses. The material collected indirect observational, descriptive and a random sample. The instrument used in the study questionnaire. Results: Collegial relationships are satisfied with the 40% of respondents, the autonomy to do their jobs satisfied with 30% support superiors 35% of respondents were satisfied, 80% were emotionally exhausted, the satisfaction of the available time to perform tasks has 30%, professional development and advancement satisfied 30 % of respondents, while exhaustion EDEN thought to work listing all respondents. Discussion: Determinants of professionalism are largely represented in the medical profession nurses. Results research showed that these determinants greatly affect the professionalism of employees Conclusion: Based on research conducted in the Special Hospital 'Sveti Sava' in Belgrade it can be concluded that there are a number of social determinants that affect the professionalism of positively and negative. |
