Popis:	The article continues a series of publications devoted to research of risk management problem of production environment during aeronautical equipment ground servicing to prevent non-routine situations in civil aviation. This article deals with formation of dynamic system environment factors of aircraft preparation for flight. As accumulation of risks from flight to flight occurs discretely, for mathematical formalization of the system of dynamic state the model is developed on the basis of discrete maps. The simplest stationary regimes and their stability have been studied. The possibility of system ambiguous behavior is considered.
