| Popis: | Neo-natal traceability of the metabolically and endocrine diseases allows the precocious care of the severe pathologies as early as the asymptomatical stage. If the strategies used until now are proven ion the new born, born on due time, the prematurity still represents a source of contradictorily data. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of the prematurity upon the efficacy of the program for tracing of several metabolically diseases, but also to respond to two questions put by the praxis. First of all, if there is a connection between the sensitivity of the rests and the degree of prematurity, and secondly if the tracing tests need to be performed on an ulterior age? |
