Popis: Author was shown the status of the geological study for the economic evaluation of mineral deposits in Ukraine. It is shown that most subsoil use objects require a geological and economic evaluation (GEE) or a re-evaluation in order to obtain objective data on the true value of the deposit in modern economic conditions, optimization of the technical and economic indicators of mining activities, determine the prospects and economic efficiency of further development or exploration of the object, Clarification of the profitability of the enterprise, on which depends the amount of taxation for the use of bowls. The need for GEE or re-fielding of deposits is connected with the revision of economic indices of the minerals industrial development, the redistribution of reserves, the write-off the unprofitable reserves that have no demand, the change in prices for mineral raw materials on the world market, the introduction of new technologies, new mining and processing techniques, the need to adjust and change the conditions for mineral raw materials. The implementation of the GEE is provided with the necessary regulatory documents, which regulate the methodology of the work and the main requirements for the design of reporting materials. Geological and economic evaluation should be carried out at all stages of prospecting and mining. A set of necessary types of work and requirements for them, which should be carried out during the GEE, is identified. An important task of GEE is the Technical and economic foundation (TEF) of the condition parameters for calculating the mineral reserves that are being developed for each deposit. The TEF should provide for the assessment for several options of conditions in order to choose the most economical option for the exploitation of the deposit, the maximum and integrated use of mineral resources. GEE reporting materials should include an assessment of the field’s preparedness for industrial use or further mining, a predictive economic evaluation of the cumulative effect of the exploitation of reserves, recommendations for optimizing the technical and economic performance of mining operations or conducting geological exploration work.
