The oil shale from Dacheng mine of Huadian is selected for pyrolysis under 900℃ by using TG-FTIR.Pyrolysis characteristics of oil shale at three different heating rate and formation rules of CO,CO2 and aliphatic hydrocarbon are investigated.Piecewise fitting is used during the process of pyrolysis kinetics of oil shale.Pyrolysis kinetic parameters of oil shale at different stages are solved by first order model and Doly integral method.The results show that initial temperature,peak temperature and final temperature of oil shale in pyrolysis all shift to high temperature region with the increase of heating rate.The temperature range of devolatilization becomes wider and peak value of mass loss increases.The increase of heating rate results in the accelerated degradation of the carbonyl compounds.The earlier releasing of CO and great numbers of CO2 generated are caused by the rapid heating-up,while the release strength of aliphatic hydrocarbon shows an increasing trend.The pyrolysis of oil shale is divided into three stages:in stage I,activation energy is low and increases with the increase of heating rate.Activation energy in stage II is higher and in stage Ⅲ is middle,which reaches its maximum at 20℃/min. |
