Popis: Designing organizations in the present economic context should take into account organizational learning, as knowledge is considered to be one of the most important resources to the creation of sustainable competitive advantage. Companies can promote organizational learning by regulating mechanisms in its internal firm structure. An argument is put forward that firms can possess a learning strategy whose purpose is to optimize organizational mechanisms that promote organizational learning. This paper theoretically discusses how internal firm structures may be designed to optimize organizational learning.
