Global climate change presents severe environmental challenges that impact human well-being, socio-economic stability, and sustainable development. Addressing these issues effectively is crucial for enhancing environmental safety and quality of life. This study aims to explore strategic directions for enhancing environmental safety in response to global climate change and to analyze historical and theoretical perspectives on humanenvironment interactions. The research employs a comprehensive review of historical periodization and theoretical frameworks from various scholars to assess current proposals and conclusions related to environmental safety measures. The analysis includes both qualitative and quantitative data to support the evaluation of proposed strategies. Key findings reveal a range of strategic directions for improving environmental safety, including policy recommendations, technological advancements, and community-based initiatives. These strategies are supported by evidence from historical and contemporary sources.
