Popis:	This is a bedside case discussion of a patient presenting with acute myocardial infarction. The symptoms and signs are discussed. The choices at each stage, the electrocardiogram (ECG), the angiogram, and the therapeutic findings are discussed in detail. The context with reference to India is also discussed. The differential diagnosis of the history of presentation is also discussed. ECG localization of myocardial infarction, management of acute coronary occlusion, and medical management of myocardial infarction are discussed.
