Popis: Semaphorin-plexin interactions regulate various developmental processes in Drosophila but the structural basis of these signaling events is unclear. Here, the authors present crystal structures of all Drosophila class 1 and 2 semaphorins, and elucidate determinants for their plexin binding specificities.
