Popis: Abstract Background Globally, approximately 290,000 women between the ages of 15 and 49 died from pregnancy-related problems in 2014 alone, with these sub-Saharan Africa accounts for 65% (179,000) of the deaths. Although studies are conducted on modern contraceptives, information is scarce on multinomial regression analysis at the national level data. Therefore, this study aimed to assess modern contraceptive method utilization and determinant factors among women in Ethiopia. Methods Data for this study were extracted from the national representative 2019 Ethiopian Mini Demographic and Health Survey. Data was collected using a 2-stage cluster design, in which enumeration areas formed the first stage and households made the second stage.
