Popis: | Grain of wheat on early stages of its ripeness can be used as a raw product for the preparation of a feed additive. Technological process of the pelletized feed additive’s preparation from grain on early stages of its ripeness is an object of the research. The preliminary technological scheme for the preparation of a feed additive from humid grain was developed. The test by experiment identified problems in realization of the technological production process of the feed additive lowering its energy and economic efficiency, having a detrimental effect on the line speed and feed quality. The possible solutions were developed. For the effective realization of the production technology of pelletized feed from grain on early stages of its ripeness, it is necessary to combine the performance of technological operations of raw product drying and refinement, as well as its refinement and intermixture. For this purpose, the new technical solutions were introduced. The improved technological production scheme for fish pelletized feed additive out of grain on early stages of its ripeness was developed. It includes combined technological operations. The implementation of this new technology of pelletized feed additive preparation allows to use early harvest of grain crops via combing method for increasement of the nutrient value of aquaculture feeds. |
