Popis: | Variability of the nucleotide sequences of the napA, rhaS, zwf and tcaB genes was elucidated in natural Yersinia pestis strains of the main and non-main subspecies from different natural plague foci. Use of variable loci of these genes enables to carry out intra-species differentiation of plague microbe strains and attribute the studied strain to certain subspecies or biovar. |
