Popis: Photocatalysts are widely used in water pollution treatment,air purification,disease treatment and environmental remediation because of their strong oxidation,high chemical stability,environmentally friendly and non-toxicity. In order to improve the photo-response range,adding graphene-based series materials has become a hotspot all over the world. This paper reviewed the research status of the graphene-based materials and semiconductor metal oxide composite photocatalysts. The effects of preparation process on the morphological structure and photocatalytic performance of the graphene/semiconductor metal oxide composites were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of the preparation processes of the graphene /semiconductor metal oxide composites were compared. Relevant problems of the processes were stated briefly, and the development direction of the graphene/semiconductor metal oxide composite photocatalysts was prospected.It was expected to provide a reference for improving the photocatalytic performance of semiconductor metal oxide photocatalysts and optimizing the preparation process of the graphene/semiconductor metal oxide composites.
