In the present installment, the author analyzes and develops the various scopes with respect to the points made by the Peruvian Constitutional Court, in relation to the legal figure called: term of police detention. This, within the framework of what involves the positivized by the Constitutional State of Law and Conventional Law, in force. Thus it determines, to what extent said court comes or not, observing the essential guarantees and safeguards that the respective fundamental right embraces, such as, personal freedom. |
