| Popis: | The interaction of the antitumor cytokine EMAP II with hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin was investigated by methods of optical spectroscopy. Established that HP-beta-CD binds specifically to EMAP II. The most likely binding site is partially exposed residue Trp126, localized in depressions on the surface of EMAP II along with functionally important lysine-rich cluster. |
