The key points and difficulties in the consistency work of joint operation scheme interoperability are analyzed. According to the characteristics of joint operation scheme and the requirement of the joint operation scheme interoperability, a technical framework for the consistency of joint operation scheme interoperability is proposed. The framework includes the consistency description method of joint operation scheme, and the design of scheme interoperability pattern is divided into profession, hierarchy and sub-mode, and the design of scheme interoperability software functions and process. The case analysis shows that framework can solve the problem of inconsistencies in the joint operation scheme interoperability and effectively enhance the cooperative engagement capability. |
