The Author draws a wide-ranging picture of the discipline of social rights in the Italian Constitution. Particular attention is paid to the fundamental problem of the protection of these rights, whose effectiveness is guaranteed by the Italian Constitutional Court. In particular, the Author refers to some decisions of the Constitutional Court in defence of social rights, also with regard to the problems of liberalization processes known by the Italian legal system in recent decades. |
