Popis: Hemangiomas of the Temporalis muscle (Tm) are extremely rare vascular lesions in pediatric population. To the best of our knowledge, 7 cases have been previously reported. A 7-year-old female patient presented with increased volume in the temporal region, that started to enlarge progressively after Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). CTA and MRI showed an extra-cranial vascular lesion. Patient was intervened with complete excision (Progressive circumferential blunt dissection with coagulation of arterial feeders).
