| Popis: | The litoral, the coast and the protection easement have secularly been controversial spaces. Act 2/2013 on protection and sustainable use of litoral and of modification of Act of Coasts has came to add feelings and mixed opinions. The bill of Regulation¿s draft of the Act of Coasts in implementation of the legal mandate deals with specially controversial facets. Among them the new regulation of complementary works and secondary facilities. The detailed analysis of its scope in this preliminary drafting and its limits are the fundamental aim of this work. Perhaps the Regulation¿s draft, regarding this paragraph is far from being clear and respectful with the spirit and purpose of the regulatory normative set of rules to which it belongs. |
