Aim: This study; The aim of determining the relationship between the given stress level of perceptions and the structural quality of work life was made in the searcher design. Method: The study was conducted with 280 nurses working in a university hospital. The data were collected by the researcher with a face-to-face survey method between November and December 2021 with Personal Information Form, Perceived Stress Level Scale and Nursing Work Life Quality Scale. In the analysis of the data, t-test for independent groups, one-way analysis of variance, Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskal Wallis and Pearson correlation analysis were used. Results: According to the results of the research; The mean score of the Perceived Stress Scale was 32.26 (SD=7.99), and the mean score of the Nursing Quality of Work Life Scale was 103.61 (SD=12.75).
