INTRODUCTION: Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumor of the genital tract among women. Our objective in this study is to evaluate the effect of myoma size on the clinical outcomes of patients by retrospectively examining the files of patients who underwent myomectomy during cesarean section in our clinic. METHODS: In this study, files of 65 patients who underwent myomectomy during cesarean section in Van Yuzuncu Yil University Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic between January 2016 and January 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.
